What is SoTras?
AI-based planning: SoTras is a hybrid expert system based on Machine Learning algorithms and IBM Artificial Intelligence. It supports Italian Red Cross operators in planning secondary patient transport: admissions requested by general practitioners and hospital discharges with return home.
