During the annual meeting dedicated to Italian Business Partners, R-Tree presented the Pennino project: an application built on VenDi technology and created through the collaboration between IT’S.:.B2B, SegnoProgetto, and Kjosul.
VenDi becomes Pennino
Pennino was developed for an Italian luxury pen manufacturer and is one of the first examples of a digital seller designed to support a complex, high-value product catalogue.
VenDi fills the gap between an institutional website and an e-commerce platform. It helps people explore products, understand their characteristics, and receive guided support before the purchasing decision.
The project shows how conversational technologies and knowledge management can make product information easier to access, more consistent, and more useful for sales processes.
