At R-Tree, we have worked for many years with clients who need to set very high levels of confidentiality and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Access to LLMs<\/strong>
Together with the client, we define whether to use BoK LLM Models exclusively on-Premises, exclusively on-Cloud, or a mix of both.
The choice depends directly on the use cases. Moreover, within a single organization there can be use cases where processing must be carried out on-Premises only (typically for company data or data covered by confidentiality agreements), while other use cases are authorized to also access on-Cloud LLMs (generic text generation, brainstorming, image generation, web searches, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Logging System<\/strong>
Every activity within BoK and its Autonomous Agents is logged in a specific and detailed way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACL \u2013 Data Access Authorization Control<\/strong>
BoK users are organized into Groups. Each group is given the relevant rights to list documents, and to read, write, or delete them.
The same applies to the use of Autonomous Agents, which are enabled for the various user groups based on the rights granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
